The warranties provided here in are the complete and exclusive warranties of MEKELIN, without any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability of any Product.

MEKELIN is not responsible for any injury, accident or loss arising from the use of its products. The User acknowledges and assumes any risks associated with the use of the Products and waives any and all claims against Meklin, its owners, employees, representatives, agents and assigns.

All products sold by MEKELIN, including carbon fiber backpacks and related accessories, are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under the following conditions:

Material and process guarantee:

If defective products are found within 5 years from the date of purchase, Meclin will repair or replace them at its sole discretion.

This warranty is void if the product is used for commercial purposes, has altered its structure in any way, or is subjected to excessive stress beyond the normal physical limits of the material.

Normal wear, fading, wear and abuse of the product are not covered by this warranty. Damage caused by extreme use is also excluded.

MEKELIN reserves the right to modify its designs, specifications or products without prior notice and assumes no obligation to modify, adapt or incorporate such changes into any products already produced, owned by retailers or used by customers. Products repaired or replaced under this Warranty may or may not contain any changes in design or specifications.

To make a warranty claim, the original Mekelin.com order number must be provided as proof of purchase. To purchase at Mekelin.com, email sales@mekelin.com. Mekelin is committed to providing quality customer service and resolving any warranty claims promptly and efficiently.
